Disappointed. Shared incessantly about how popular his program was and that everyone needs to be on board. Tells us to meditate and exercise. So. . . Where do I find meditation materials? How do I start? Gives exercises to do but doesn’t explain what they are. I guess google the names he uses for the exercise and see if they are explained while hoping it’s what I’m supposed to be doing. This same information is shared in numerous other books and in much better detail. Eat fresh, exercise, sleep, meditate, and be happy. I already knew this so wanted details. I wasted time and money with this one.

I love it and will recommend to everyone who is looking for better and healthier self. I am happy i got the book.

Meh - I didn't get too far into it. Should have paid closer to attention to the details of this book - essentially (for me) it was just another diet/exercise book that is very prescriptive to what exercise you do and what you eat and drink, which is not what I was looking for. Someone else may like it, though so take my review with a grain of salt.
